CosmoPlayer Image Quality Settings

Image quality settings are accessed via the Preferences dialog for CosmoPlayer 2.0 and 2.1. The dashboard must be visible in a VRML scene: click the check mark as shown in the image at left. Here is a sample scene that can be used for this purpose.

Changes to these settings will be saved, becoming the defaults for subsequent VRML scenes.


Note: if you see something like this at the lower left of the browser, the dashboard is minimized. Click the upward pointing arrow to display the dashboard.


For CosmoPlayer 2.0, use the Performance Tab to ensure that Textures (images) are enabled, and image quality is set to Best, as in the following screen shot:


For CosmoPlayer 2.1, use the Performance Tab to ensure that Textures (images) are enabled, and image quality is set to Best, as in the following screen shot:

An additional setting that may be of interest is the rendering setting, available under the Graphics tab:
