Factory Rationalization:

TriVista works with the company’s financial leadership (internal or external) to help model the benefits and costs associated with consolidating manufacturing facilities. TriVista observes and documents current operational processes to develop a future state operational plan that minimizes impact to critical customers while dramatically reducing ongoing costs. After the rationalization plan is completed, TriVista develops a PRFMEA (Plant Rationalization Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). The PRFMEA helps predict project risks and facilitates the development of contingency plans that will reduce both operational and financial risk during factory rationalizations. TriVista assists company leadership and the Financial & Legal Turnaround Experts to present the operational project plan including resource requirements, timeline and expected operational and financial impact to owners and lenders. TriVista then supports the management team to execute the improvement plan.

Dramatic Operational Downsizing:

TriVista’s extensive cross functional team will design, resource and execute a required operational downsizing. Prior to conducting the downsizing, TriVista’s team will first understand the company’s current operational process and then develop a downsized future state including: S&OP, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, H.R. and reporting. TriVista’s team will then work hand in hand with the future state staff to execute the downsizing.

Product and Customer Rationalization:

TriVista conducts a detailed assessment of product and customer profitability to support ongoing operations including: margin analysis, working capital and fixed asset requirements. Post analysis, TriVista works with a company’s leadership team to execute the rationalization plan.
