Tim Ristoff

Tim Ristoff is Managing Director and CEO of TriVista, a firm he founded to help companies achieve exceptional shareholder value through the development and execution of critical operational initiatives. Tim brings to the company over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, operations and general management. Previously, Tim was President of ITT Industrial Electronics Group, a $450 million division of ITT Industries. In past years, he served as President of ITT Switch Products, President of ITT Jabsco, and Vice President and General Manager of TRW Sensors and Components.

Tim has extensive international experience, having run operations in 10 different countries including China, Singapore, Mexico, Costa Rica and Poland. His experience in China includes leading more than 8,000 employees in five manufacturing locations on the mainland. Tim is a practitioner of Lean, Six Sigma and commercial best practices, focusing on implementing robust processes throughout the value chain.

A native of Ohio, Tim received a bachelor’s of science in marketing from Miami University (Ohio), and a master’s of business administration in corporate strategy from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Tim has completed an extensive executive leadership program at Ashridge University, England, and received his Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Michigan.

Brenda Reichelderfer

Brenda Reichelderfer is Managing Director of TriVista Business Group, a firm dedicated to helping private equity firms and their investment assets achieve exceptional shareholder value through the development and execution of critical operational improvement initiatives. Brenda brings to the company over 28 years of experience in General Management, Engineering, and Operations. Brenda retired as a SVP of ITT Corporation in May of 2008. Previously with ITT, Brenda held the roles of Group President for both the Electronic Components Group, a $750 million segment of ITT and the Motion and Flow Control Group, a $950M multi-Industry segment of ITT. In addition to her extensive P&L experience, she also gained extensive operational experience, holding both the roles of Plant Manager, VP of Operations, Director of Engineering and CTO.

Brenda has extensive international experience, having run operations in 17 different countries including most of Europe and Asia. Through her years of leadership at ITT Brenda helped usher Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Integrated Product Development and other commercial best practices into ITT, first within her own plants and businesses, then corporate wide.

A native of Ohio, Brenda received a bachelor’s of science in electrical engineering from Ohio Northern University including a business management option. Brenda also completed an extensive executive leadership program at Duke University, Sloan School of Management, and received her Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Michigan.

Ted Ristoff

Ted Ristoff has over 35 years experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing and general management. Ted is the retired Executive Vice President of Saia-Burgess Electronics Holdings, a public Swiss company (Swiss Exchange). In this role, Ted was responsible for corporate acquisitions and integration.

In prior years, Ted served as Chairman and President of Saia-Burgess North America, Chairman and CEO of Dormeyer Industries, Vice President and General Manager of TRW Actuators, Vice President and General Manager of Lucas Control Systems, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Ledex Inc.

A native of Pennsylvania, Ted received a bachelor’s of science in marketing from Wright State University (Ohio) and completed post-graduate programs at Penn State University, Princeton University and Wright State University. After an honorable discharge from the U.S. Nuclear Navy, he was certified by the Atomic Energy Commission as a nuclear reactor operator.

Jorge Sorokin brings more than 25 years of international operations management experience to TriVista clients. Beginning his career at General Electric, Jorge was trained extensively in Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing methodologies. Jorge brings a strong ability to manage diverse resources and exceed goals through increased efficiencies, quality improvements, and cost reductions. In addition, Jorge has extensive experience working in turnaround environments, as well as change and crisis management, and re-engineering of administrative processes in numerous industries globally. He was instrumental in the operational turnaround of American Optical (32% operational cost reductions equivalent to $23M in savings), and has served as confidential adviser to a Fortune 300 vice president of global operations.

Jorge has extensive experience working in Central and South America. In addition to running multiple manufacturing facilities in the region, Jorge has supported more than 5 significant product and technology transfers to Mexico alone. In addition, Jorge has led two major Greenfield projects in Mexico for North American based companies Rubbermaid and Little Tykes.

Originally from Mexico City, he currently resides in Carlsbad, CA. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering, both from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, The Business Advisory Council, The Institute of the Americas, and the Board of Trustees for Temple Solel, in Encinitas, CA.

With over 30 years in industrial engineering, manufacturing, program management and sales, Jim Braby brings experience and expertise to TriVista clients. Prior to joining TriVista, Jim spent 20 years with A.O. Smith Corp. in several senior roles, including Vice President of Manufacturing and Strategic Programs and Vice President of Sales. For seven years in his role as Vice President of Manufacturing, Jim oversaw more than 5,500 employees and had responsibility for 14 operations in the United States and Mexico with annual revenue of $400 million.

Jim has been intimately involved in numerous acquisitions and designed, developed and staffed a Greenfield manufacturing operation in Mexico for A.O. Smith Corp. that for years was the benchmark of efficiency. He is a strong practitioner of Lean manufacturing, competitive analysis, statistical process controls and self-directed work-forces.

Jim received a bachelor’s of science in industrial engineering from Iowa State University and his master’s of business administration from the University of Nebraska. He also completed a manufacturing executive program at the University of Michigan and reads, writes and speaks Spanish as a second language.

Charlene Lydon brings 15 years experience in advanced manufacturing including: process engineering, new product engineering, design for manufacturability and test engineering to TriVista and its clients. Prior to joining TriVista, Charlene worked for some of the world’s largest disk drive manufacturers including Maxtor, Quantum and Seagate Technology.

Charlene has extensive experience bridging the best of both domestic and Asian engineering and manufacturing having worked in Singapore, Thailand and Japan. Utilizing Six Sigma practices and manufacturing design best practices, Charlene led teams of engineers through the process of designing and developing automated tools, process instructions and test processes to support the transfer of manufacturing best practices in the United States to off-shore manufacturing concerns.

Born and raised in Northern California, Charlene received a bachelor’s of science in engineering technology mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.

Gary Cincotta brings over 35 years of experience in operations, product engineering and change management to TriVista’s clients. Prior to joining TriVista, Gary spent several years running large manufacturing operations for companies that included ITT Industries, Harris Corp., Augat, Prime/Computervision and Data General. As the Vice President of Operations for Prime, Gary reported directly to the CEO and had responsibility for over $700 million in revenue. During his six years with ITT, Gary was Vice President of C&K Global Operations and Value Based Six Sigma champion. As the champion of Value Based Six Sigma, Gary was responsible for facilitating the identification, planning and implementation of critical business improvement projects. In this role he managed more than $21 million in annualized operating income savings.

Gary achieved certification as a Six Sigma champion and Lean champion after completing an extensive educational program and implementation process and is an accomplished practitioner in these areas and product design.

He holds bachelor’s of science in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, American Society of Quality Control and the American Management Association.

Jo Gross brings more than 35 years of operations experience in both the Military and Commercial Space industries. Prior to joining TriVista Jo spent more than 30 years with ITT Industries in various capacities, most recently as World Wide Director of Six Sigma at the Corporate Group Level covering facilities in North America, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Mexico, Costa Rica, England, Germany, Italy and France. In this role, Jo led teams around the world focusing on operational excellence and manufacturing best practices.

A native of Kentucky, Jo received a bachelor’s of arts in business management and marketing from Indiana University, and also received her master’s of business administration with a triple concentration in business management, marketing, and human resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology.

Jo is an APICS CPIM (APICS Certified Production & Inventory Control Manager), a Certified Purchasing Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a certified Six Sigma Champion.

Rich Ferraro brings over 20 years experience in general management, sales, marketing and product management in the IT/Software industry to TriVista and its clients. Prior to joining TriVista, Rich was an Executive Vice President at Systems Management Inc., a technology and IT implementation company in the ERP industry. Prior to joining SMI, Rich worked for the Microsoft Corp. for four years in sales and marketing.

In addition to Rich’s extensive experience working with large corporations, he is also an accomplished entrepreneur. He co-founded eLabor, which sold workforce management software to Fortune 1000 companies and grew to $25 million, before selling one of its product lines to Microsoft and the remaining assets to ADP, one of the world’s largest providers of HR and payroll software. Rich also owns and operates a chain of Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt stores in Southern California.

Rich received a bachelor’s of science in liberal studies with an emphasis in economics, sociology and psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

With over 35 years of hands-on experience in facilitating technology and business collaboration between China and the West, Andy brings TriVista a great deal of experience and expertise. Andy began his career in the early 1970’s with the Chinese Air Force where he served as Liaison Officer and Project Manager on Technology Acquisition Programs. During his 20 year tenure with the Air Force he worked on a number of overseas assignments in the U.S., France and Zimbabwe.

After leaving the Air Force to pursue a private sector career, Andy spent a combined 15 years with Lucas Industries, TRW and Goodrich. He was ultimately named Chief Representative and Country Manager for Goodrich in China responsible for business development, corporate strategy, marketing, sourcing and government relations. During his tenure he was instrumental in the formation of five large scale Sino-foreign joint ventures. Andy has strong ties to the Aviation and Automotive market where he spent the bulk of his professional career. His areas of expertise in M&A activities include partner selection, due diligence, contract negotiation, risk management, problem resolution and government affairs.

Andy received his bachelor’s of arts in English and his master’s degree in foreign affairs from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Scott brings more than 15 years in supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing and program management experience to TriVista clients. Prior to joining TriVista, Scott held Senior Program and Commodities Management roles with Emerson Corporation’s Climate Technologies Division. During his tenure there, Scott was responsible for identifying and managing strategic global suppliers in China, India, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and Eastern Europe, as well as being responsible for more than $75 million in supply chain spend across 12 manufacturing sites globally. In addition to Emerson, Scott has helped establish, maintain, and optimize supply chains for Lord Corporation, Motoman Inc., and A.F. Leis Incorporated.

Scott received both his bachelor’s of arts in organizational management and master’s of business administration from Bluffton University.

Dick brings TriVista clients more than 40 years of experience developing and managing complex Military & Aerospace products and systems. Prior to joining TriVista, Dick served as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer for ITT Corporation where he led a global 1,000 member diverse engineering organization. Prior to assuming this role, Dick led ITT’s Global Positioning Payload (GPS) business as General Manager of the $80 million business unit.

During his role as Chief Technology Officer, Dick led the corporate wide development and deployment of a comprehensive Product Generation methodology. In 2002, when this initiative was being formulated, ITT’s revenue from new Products was less than 15%; due largely to Dick’s proactive campaign it now stands well above 30%.

Dick obtained his master’s of business administration degree (finance) at Fairleigh Dickinson University, his master’s of engineering (electrical) at NYU and bachelor’s of engineering (electrical) at Manhattan College. Dick also serves as a professor at the Systems and Enterprise Graduate School at Stevens Institute of Technology where he teaches Systems Engineering and Program Management of Complex Systems.

Nori Morimoto brings more than 40 years of operations experience within the Aerospace, Industrial, and Consumer industries. Prior to joining TriVista, Nori spent more than 18 years with ITT Corporation, most recently as the Corporate Director of Value Based Six Sigma where he was responsible for establishing and maintaining a VBSS culture of continuous improvement throughout the corporation. Prior to this role, Nori spent more than 10 years in other various operations management, marketing management, and product development roles at ITT.

In addition to his career at ITT, Nori spent nearly 20 years with the Xerox Corporation and North American Rockwell Corporation.

A third generation Japanese American, Nori is fluent in English & Japanese. Nori received his bachelor’s of science in mechanical engineering from San Jose State University, and his master’s of business administration from the University of Rochester in New York.

Doug Parker brings TriVista clients over twenty years of technical business experience in product management, sales, new product development, and manufacturing. Prior to joining TriVista, Doug spent eleven years with ITT Flow Control, a division of ITT Industries, as industrial product manager and regional sales manager working with ITT factories and customers in the U.S., Mexico, China, and Europe.

Doug began his career as an aircraft mechanic and electronic technician and used these skills to perfect products and processes in progressively more challenging high tech positions; Ramjet Test Mechanic at United Technologies, Preventive Maintenance Manager on National Semiconductor's TTL wafer fabrication line, and in new product development engineering at Eaton Kasper, Cushman Electronics, and Bently Nevada Machine Protection Systems.

Born and raised in California, Doug received his bachelor's of science in business administration from the University of Nevada, Reno and his Executive MBA from Chapman University. In addition, Doug is a Villanova University trained and certified lean six sigma black belt.

Shawn has close to twenty years of manufacturing experience in areas of operations management, supplier management, and quality engineering. He has broad industry experience serving the aerospace, heavy truck, automotive, stamping and machining, food manufacturing, and metal fabrication industries. Shawn co-leads TriVista Business Groups Lean Enterprise Practice. In this role, Shawn is responsible for the management, design and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma Strategies for our Clients. Shawn has led the implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects for numerous Fortune 500 clients including The Boeing Company, ITT Industries, Magnavox, Delphi Corp., Zenith Inc., and BearingPoint, Inc.

Shawn has expertise in implementing Manufacturing Systems, lean manufacturing tools and techniques, Just-In-Time (JIT) production, and quality systems among other areas. Starting as a Manufacturing Engineer and working his way through various Manufacturing Management positions Shawn has had the opportunity to design, facilitate, and implement lasting change and improvement. Shawn received his bachelor’s of science in manufacturing engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and holds an master’s of business administration from the University of San Diego, California.

With over ten years of Management Consulting experience including six years with a Big 5 firm, Shawn has proven time and again that he can deliver projects of varying size and complexity on time and within budget.

Tony Michael leads TriVista Business Group’s Lean Enterprise Practice and has over twenty years of senior operations and business management experience. In this new role, Tony is responsible for the management, design and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma Strategies for our Clients. Over the past 10 years Tony has led the implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects in 63 different businesses in 7 different countries.

For seven years, Tony has worked with one of America’s best known operational advisory firms managing and implementing Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain initiatives. Tony also spent 13 years in the Automotive Industry with General Motors where he was the Operations Manager, Delphi Chassis Division. In this role, Tony led a team of over 450 people and $550M in sales.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Tony received a bachelor’s of science in industrial engineering from the University of Dayton and a master’s of business administration (with an emphasis in manufacturing management) from the University of Dayton.

Leo Liu

Leo Liu is Director and General Manager of our Tianjin, China office. Prior to joining TriVista, Leo has established himself as one of China’s few Lean & Six Sigma Manufacturing experts implementing and championing Lean and Six Sigma Operational Best Practices across a number of industries for Fortune 300 companies throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Leo began his career in Quality Systems Management at Lucas Industries as the Fortune 500 firm expanded operations further into China. After several years in increasingly critical roles for Lucas in China, Leo began working for ITT Industries where he became a Lean Master and Value Based Six Sigma Champion for all of ITT’s operations throughout Asia. Prior to leaving ITT, Leo directed over 1,800 employees as Factory Director and General Manager for their Tianjin, China facility. More recently, Leo has continued to drive operational excellence for multinationals in China as Plant Manager for Grammer Interior, a German automotive manufacturing firm in Tianjin.

A native of Tianjin, China, Leo received his bachelor’s of arts from Hangzhou University of Commerce in English for international trade and business. Leo has completed an extensive leadership program at Ashridge University, England, and received his Lean Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma Champion certifications from ITT University.

Tony Chen

Tony Chen brings over 17 years of experience in Asia Pacific sales, marketing, product management and engineering to TriVista’s clients. Prior to joining TriVista, Tony spent 12 years running China and Singapore based commercial operations for ITT Industries and TRW. He was based in Hong Kong and Singapore for 7 years as the director of sales and product management for ITT Electronic Components. At ITT, Tony reported directly to the vice president and general manager and had responsibility for over $100 million in revenue. Tony was instrumental in developing ITT’s Commercial Electronics sales and marketing strategies and led the growth of the MMI division from $1 million to over $70 million in revenue within five years.

Tony focuses on Asian market entry and offshore manufacturing strategies and implementation. Since joining TriVista, Tony has assisted manufacturing and distribution companies to market and source products and services throughout China and Asia, helping to transition more than $20 million in supply chain spend to low cost regions.

Tony is fluent in Chinese having grown up in Hong Kong and holds bachelor’s of science in computer science from King’s College, UK. Tony currently resides in San Francisco, California.

Terrence Yacap brings over 15 years of senior management and consulting experience in service businesses including all aspects of operations and strategic management. In progressively senior roles, Terrence assumed full P&L control, and was responsible for policies and procedures, planning and design, production and execution, monitoring and control, quality control and assurance, customer service and business development, complex negotiations, and human resources. Prior to joining TriVista, Terrence advised numerous Fortune 1000 companies, and was most recently involved with angel & VC funded technology firms as well as several government agencies on infrastructure improvement projects.

Most recently, Terrence was the Deputy Program Manager for the IT Security Master Plan at Los Angeles World Airports. He was responsible for the oversight of a $145 million dollar budget, and led more than 100 consultants and contractors from IBM, HP, Cisco, Computer Associates, Parsons and DMJM. In addition to his broad industry exposure, Terrence also has extensive experience managing off-shore and cross-border projects in the Philippines, India and Canada.

A native of Honolulu, Hawaii, Terrence received his bachelor’s of arts in business economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and graduate courses from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Terrence is a certified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor, certified PMI project manager, Six Sigma Green Belt, Zachman Framework practitioner and Balanced Scorecard expert.

Mike McSweeney

Mike McSweeney brings to TriVista clients a strong combination of both practical experience and formal education. Prior to joining TriVista, Mike spent several years with ITT Electronic Components Group, a division of ITT Industries, in various international sales, key account management and product management roles.

Since joining TriVista Mike has been intimately involved in our Global Supply Chain and Asia Expansion Practice, working on and leading projects in China, Malaysia, Thailand, India & Singapore. With a focus on supply chain strategy and strategic sourcing, Mike has worked with numerous middle market companies to implement supply chain best practices and identify low cost sources of supply, primarily in China. Mike also leads TriVista sales and marketing activities in the United States.

Mike received his Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, his Lean Leadership and Goal Deployment certifications from ITT University. Mike attended Taipei Language Institute in Beijing, China, to study Mandarin language and studied post-graduate Mandarin language and Chinese culture at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. He received his bachelor’s of arts in marketing and journalism from Bond University, Robina, QLD, Australia.

Brian Jordan

Brian Jordan brings TriVista clients more than 20 years of senior operations experience in the Industrial, Consumer, Energy, Defense and Aerospace industries. Prior to joining TriVista, Brian was General Manager of ITT Corporation’s HydroAir business unit where he led dramatic revenue growth and significantly improved operational performance. In addition to his time at HydroAir, Brian worked extensively within ITT’s various businesses as a Value Based Six Sigma Champion & Director of Continuous improvement.

During his tenure with ITT, Brian worked on and led projects on a global level including factory relocations and sourcing in low cost regions including Asia & Central America. In addition, Brian delivered transformational performance improvement results in Electronics and Mechanical Assemblies businesses, as well as in Machine Shop and Plastic Injection Molding environments. He was recognized numerous times for his commitment to quality and continuous improvement, receiving the following awards:

Brian received his bachelor’s of science in industrial engineering from Kansas State University. In addition, Brian received his Certificate in Total Quality Management from California State University and has completed an extensive leadership program at Ashridge University, England.

Karl Chen

Karl Chen brings TriVista clients more than 10 years of supply chain experience in China. Prior to joining TriVista, Karl spent a number of years in progressively more senior procurement roles for some of the largest multinational corporations there, including LG, Samsung, and INTEC. Most recently, Karl worked as Purchasing Supervisor for INTEC where he oversaw the daily operation and management of planning, purchasing, import & export, warehousing and transportation. Karl has extensive experience in commercial and industrial electronics, as well as Metal Fabrication, and focuses on assisting TriVista clients with a broad range of supply chain activities.

Karl, a native of Tianjin, has extensive experience working with multinational corporations in China and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. He received his bachelor of science with a focus on economics from Tianjin’s renowned Nankai University, and is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Dick Yan

Dick brings TriVista clients more than 20 years of supply chain, operations, project management, and materials engineering experience. Prior to joining TriVista, Dick spent a number of years in senior procurement roles for ITT Industries in China where he successfully implemented supply chain best practices overseeing both domestic and overseas purchasing of direct and non-direct raw materials. Prior to his time at ITT, Dick worked with some of the largest corporations in China, including TRW Automotive Electronics, Highlink Technology Co. and Tianjin Steel Pipe Corporation in various engineering and project management roles. He has extensive experience in the metal fabrication, electronic components and automotive industries as well as significant experience in sourcing electromechanical devices. Dick is a key member of our supply chain team in China supporting clients focusing on strategic sourcing, quality and procurement.

A native of Tianjin, Dick has extensive experience working with international companies. He received his Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ITT University and his bachelor's of science with a concentration in metallic materials engineering from Tsinghua University, one of China's most prestigious universities.

Jason Li

Jason Li brings TriVista clients nearly 15 years of industrial manufacturing and quality management experience. Prior to joining TriVista, Jason spent several years with Grammer Interior, a German automotive manufacturing firm in Tianjin, China, most recently as a senior production supervisor where he was responsible for overseeing more than 200 direct employees. During his tenure at Grammer, Jason focused on tracking, scheduling, and meeting production requirements, as well as focusing heavily on process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma improvement philosophies.

Jason began his career at ITT Industries, a Fortune 500 corporation with significant operations in China, and has also helped implement manufacturing best practices at Candy Tech Incorporated, and Precious Textile and Garments Corporation. During his tenure at PTG, Jason focused on reduction of scrap as well as improving quality systems to support Gap Inc., one of the world’s largest retailers and one of PTG’s largest clients. In addition to his extensive experience in the Textile Industry, Jason also has extensive experience working with textile machinery, having worked for Tianjin Textile Machinery Co. as an electrical technician early in his career.

Jason received his bachelor’s of science in business administration from the Tianjin Foreign Trade College, and has been trained extensively in Lean and Six Sigma management philosophies, and has extensive experience implementing QS 9000, TS 16949, and ISO 14000 standards.

Edwin Song

Edwin Song brings TriVista clients more than 5 years of significant engineering and process improvement experience. Prior to joining TriVista, Edwin spent several years with Alstom, a global leader in the rail transport and power generation businesses. During his tenure there, he was responsible for implementing several highly successful process improvement projects focused on the implementation of a pull production system and a FIFO inventory process. In addition to this, he focused heavily on the implementation of a robust Total Preventative Maintenance program where he was responsible for the dramatic improvement of equipment uptime. Edwin began his career at Foxlink Energy, a major battery supplier to the mobile phone industry.

A native of Tianjin, China, Edwin received his bachelors of science in industrial engineering from Tianjin University and has been extensively trained in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Meghan Cordes

Meghan joined TriVista from Epic Systems Corporation, a leading software developer in the healthcare industry, where she was a Quality Assurance Analyst. In addition to providing direct project support to our leadership team, Meghan also oversees TriVista’s administrative departments.

Meghan has supported TriVista clients in a number of industries including Automotive, Sporting Goods, Industrial Products, and Electronic Components & Assemblies.

Meghan received a bachelor’s of science degree in textile technology, cum laude, from North Carolina State University, and is currently a University of California, Irvine master’s of business administration candidate.

Rossi Luo

Rossi supports TriVista clients by conducting extensive supplier research in China. In addition to helping our clients identify lower cost sources of supply, Rossi supports their logistics and procurement efforts.

A native of Tianjin, Rossi received his bachelor's of science with a concentration in mechanical engineering from Tianjin University, one of North China's most prestigious engineering universities.

Alycia Deus

Alycia joined TriVista in 2010 as a Marketing Associate where she supports ongoing marketing activities. Prior to joining TriVista, Alycia led marketing communication efforts at Konig Media, a leading creative marketing firm.

In addition to proving marketing support, she also supports TriVista’s Thought Leadership program, helping to coordinate and publish fact-based informational resources for TriVista clients across a number of disciplines.

A California native, Alycia is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where she graduated top of her class from the Agricultural Science program with Summa Cum Laude honors and minors in both Communications and Business.

Jenna Grace

Jenna provides administrative support for our team in North America. In addition to managing TriVista’s back office processes in the United States, she actively coordinates with our administrative team in China. Jenna is proficient in Spanish and received her bachelor’s of arts degree in sociology-world development from the University of California Davis.

Christina Ji

Christina joined TriVista from Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum Equipment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., a leading vacuum equipment manufacturer, where she provided administrative support. In addition to providing direct project support to our China leadership team, Christina also supports North American customers and staff with administrative support in China.

Christina received a bachelor’s of communications degree in English, from Tianjin Foreign Studies University.
